Your data is used to process your order, deliver activation codes and game instructions, generate invoices, and communicate about your booking. We may send transactional emails related to your order.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers necessary to fulfill your order:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) – payment processing. Data transferred under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

• TerraHunt game platform – game activation (event creation, activation codes).

• Our email service provider – transactional and (if consented) marketing emails.

• Supabase (EU region) – database hosting and file storage.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for payment processing (Stripe) and session management. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

5. Data Retention

Order data is retained for the duration required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction). You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
